1. Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

1.1 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase is provided (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).
  • The return is initiated within the 30-day window.

 

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.

 

1.3 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at returns@fobricatedholders.com with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  • The reason for the return or exchange.
  • Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions, including the return shipping address.

 

1.4 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

 

1.5 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

1.6 Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us first. Exchanges are processed based on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.

 

1.7 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at returns@fobricatedholders.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Fobricated Holders, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Returns & Exchanges Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our products and services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
